Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Manage and secure product quality in automotive application with focus on functional safety according to ISO26262 standard throughout the lifecycle incl. development/change management and drive regularly monitoring and improvement in the product line MEMS
- Care for implementation and care for verification of effectiveness and efficiency
- Support programs to focus on quality mindset, including functional safety and a sustainable quality culture (e.g. quality improvement) including a healthy deviation culture
- Act as auditor or assessor in product audits or assessments for components which are developed in compliance to ISO26262
- Advise and guide colleagues with your expertise in functional safety
- Guide projects to conformity with respect to the relevant standard and approve the final compliance
- Facilitate the release of sensor products by providing the necessary qualification and assessments according to automotive and functional safety standards e.g. AECQ100, AECQ103, ISO26262
- Create, execute, plan and compile the qualification results in order to meet project deadlines and costs
- Own sustaining functions as quality manager and the interface to business unit and production in terms of product specific discussions

Furthermore, while managing your performance consistently and reliably, you identify opportunities and you have a great sense for profitable business ideas, which you drive within the team.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A degree in Electronical Engineering, Physics or a similar field
- 5+ years of professional experience and has in-depth knowledge in own discipline such as functional safety acc. to ISO26262 and basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
- Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
- Acts as a resource, especially in terms of functional safety knowledge and experience for colleagues with less experience or may train junior staff
- Fluent English language skills
