YOUR TASKS
- You support our customers in the management of projects and programs, from planning to implementation.
- You apply classic project management methods expertly and take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects.
- You manage complex structures and interfaces within the project teams and with external partners.
- You create project plans in terms of cost, time and quality and ensure that they are adhered to.
- You actively support project steering, progress control and risk management.
- You lead workshops and meetings to coordinate with stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a university or university of applied sciences degree in engineering, economics or a comparable course of study.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in managing complex projects, ideally in infrastructure projects.
- You have profound knowledge of classic project management methods (e.g. IPMA, PMP) and have acquired relevant certifications.
- You are well versed in the use of common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
- Your strengths include a systematic approach and sensitivity to our customers‘ requirements and problems.
- You enjoy working in a team, communicate confidently with various stakeholders and are able to present complex issues in an accessible way.
- You have a high degree of self-motivation and a sense of responsibility and are willing to travel.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
