Your Role

• Drive digitalization and automation of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Manage quarterly Coupa releases, including testing and implementation
• Integrate new organizations and modules into Coupa
• Maintain and develop content (catalogs, supplier data, user management)
• Analyze business needs to identify improvements and increase efficiency
• Document and analyze change requests for current processes
• Handle specific components within our eProcurement framework (training, stakeholder management, KPI tracking)
• Translate business needs into system requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for all Coupa-related questions
• Ensure backend functionality and usability
• Manage system interfaces and connected systems

What You Need to Succeed

• Deep knowledge of Coupa implementation, configuration, and management
• Experience with eProcurement modules including P2P, Vendor Management, and Sourcing
• Several years of hands-on procurement and P2P experience
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder coordination
• Technical understanding of system requirements and interfaces
• Experience with AI tools for problem-solving and productivity, with human oversight
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and implement solutions
• Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Alignment with Scout24’s values and principles
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
