Your Role:

As the Global Head of Translational Quantitative Pharmacology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our R&D initiatives across diverse therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, and Neurology. You will lead a global team of talented scientists, driving excellence in the application of cutting-edge translational modeling and simulation techniques. Your leadership will ensure that our quantitative pharmacology strategies are effectively integrated into early development processes, enhancing decision-making and fostering innovation. You will be accountable for maintaining the scientific integrity of all deliverables, including critical regulatory documents. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will advocate for a culture of model-informed drug development, optimizing our approach to candidate selection and dosing strategies. Your expertise will not only influence internal practices but also enhance our reputation in external research partnerships and consortia. You will have the opportunity to mentor and develop a diverse team, nurturing the next generation of leaders in quantitative pharmacology. Who You Are:

• You hold a PhD and have over 8 years of experience in Quantitative Pharmacology within a pharmaceutical R&D environment.
• You possess hands-on expertise in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) and relevant mathematical modeling software such as MATLAB or NONMEM.
• You have a strong background in applying translational modeling and simulation to both small molecules and biologics.
• You are knowledgeable about pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and regulatory guidelines relevant to drug development.
• You have a proven track record of leadership, with the ability to mentor and inspire a global team.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly.
• You are adept at building productive relationships across diverse teams in an international setting.
• You exhibit a passion for talent development and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
• Location: could be US (Billerica, MA) or Darmstadt, Germany
