Drive revenue growth and build impactful client relationships as a Key Account Director for our German-based clients. In this strategic role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, strengthen long-term partnerships, and increase customer share across IHG’s portfolio. Join us in shaping the future of hospitality sales by delivering innovative solutions and maximising revenue potential for the German market.

Your day to day:

  1. Build and manage long-term relationships with high-growth clients in the German market.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue for German-based and outbound hotels.
  3. Lead strategic negotiations, delivering quality revenue through targeted subsegments and industry verticals.
  4. Support promotions and initiatives to maximise revenue during key need periods and for new properties.
  5. Represent IHG as a trusted advisor, offering expert market insights and leveraging global sales best practices.

What we need from you:

  1. Proven experience in account management, driving portfolio growth through data-driven strategies and long-term planning.
  2. Strong knowledge of the German market, including trends, industry insights, and hotel operations.
  3. Skilled in negotiating and managing mutually beneficial contracts that align with both client and business needs.
  4. Experience in identifying new business opportunities and leveraging analytics to make impactful commercial decisions.
  5. Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
