Job Description:
- Head of the International Services organisational unit
- Structural and content-related further development of the International Services organisational unit
- Representation of the University of Innsbruck in international matters, as well as the associated maintenance and further development of international relations
- Overall coordination of the actors entrusted with international agendas at the University of Innsbruck
- Strategy development and support in the area of international affairs in coordination with the Rectorate
Your profile:
- Completed diploma or master\’s degree programme or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of international cooperation, ideally in the university sector
- Several years of professional experience in management, ideally in the higher education sector (incl. budgeting and financial planning)
- Experience in the management of employees
- Very good knowledge of the Austrian, European and international higher education area
- Mobility experience
- Very good language skills: German (min. C1) and English (min. C1) spoken and written; knowledge of other foreign language(s) desirable
- Integral way of working
- Networked thinking
- Professional and confident demeanour
- Independent and structured way of working
- High customer and service orientation
- Willingness to travel, commitment and resilience
Salary: For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 3.266 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
