ABOUT THE ROLE

Sales Leader, Road Sales, Client King Pin and Solutions Provider

Motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and possessing a winning attitude will lead this individual!

As a solutions provider and front line to Wisconsin’s best builders, daily job site visits are essential.

This role requires someone who loves talking to people and does not get frustrated easily.

We seek an organized and motivated individual who is not afraid to network.

Must work extremely well with the Inside Support Team and Dispatch.

Comfort with computers is a must.

Clear and effective communication skills are required for phone calls, texts, and emails to clients (cell/laptop will be provided).

Responsibilities include typing sales tickets and deliveries, construction knowledge, and properly comprehending and filling out paperwork.

As you grow in your role, you will assist in training and motivating new team members.

YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience in sales and building materials is a plus!

Your background should involve putting customers first.

You should have been a significant contributor to the success of a team.
