What you can expect

• Consulting on ongoing projects and strategic development of key accounts.
• Preparation of proposals, costings and effort estimates in collaboration with relevant departments and teams.
• Creation and monitoring of project plans and their translation into resource and team planning.
• Management and optimisation of processes and structures.
• Monitoring project progress, both in terms of content and finances (project controlling).

What you bring to the table

• 2-3 years‘ experience in online project and stakeholder management – ideally gained in an agency or marketing department.
• In-depth knowledge of the communications industry and the implementation of digital campaigns.
• Empathy and interest in digital topics, clients and target groups.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Ideally experience in editorial planning and/or social media scheduling.
• Preferably project management experience (team organization, resource planning, project management tools).
