You will help develop, maintain, and implement technical standards to mitigate risk exposure, accelerate the win ratio of project bids, and improve operational excellence. Team development, creating a sustainable work environment, and enabling all team members to make self-sufficient decisions are of utmost importance.How you create impactEnsuring compliance with HSE standards at the operational level and implementing general health, safety, and environmental requirements.Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including Chartering, HSE, Tender Management, and Carriers, to ensure seamless technical integration within KN Project Logistics.Exploring and evaluating new technologies to enhance internal processes and generate added value.Optimizing team workflows, methodologies, templates, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.Building and sustaining a high-performing engineering team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment.Developing and executing a long-term team strategy to support Project Logistics objectives.Partnering with project managers to design, plan, and successfully execute projects of various scales.What we would like you to bringBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Logistics, QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment), or the Energy sector.Possesses deep technical expertise in all transport modes (sea, road, rail, air).Demonstrates strong leadership and a strategic approach to problem-solving.Committed to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Focused on achieving company goals and upholding internal standards.Open-minded, reflective, and driven to improve through feedback and innovation.Effective communicator, fluent in English, with a willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.What\’s in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel, you get to grow your expertise, shape processes and deliver innovative solutions.
