Your role at TUXEDO

As an Internal Sales Employee, you will strengthen our team on site at our location in Augsburg with your knowledge of Linux systems from the user’s perspective. You will support our customers in entering and switching to the Linux world on modern hardware from our company. We encourage you to be courageous. Because in a corporate culture based on collaboration and knowledge sharing, you will be responsible for contributing your knowledge to the satisfaction of our customers. You will apply your passion for Linux and Open Source as well as your solution- and user-oriented thinking directly where it is needed. Your experience in setting up and configuring Linux will directly help our customers and lead to success.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Your field of activity covers various exciting areas. The central points are:

1. A passion for consulting and sales
   You are the first point of contact for our customers on their journey towards Linux and open source. Whether on the phone, by e-mail or in chat – you are always friendly, helpful and guide companies, public institutions and authorities through the entire purchasing process.
2. Everything to do with our portfolio
   You support our customers and interested parties in finding exactly what they need and ensure that they are completely satisfied with TUXEDO. You always keep an eye on the needs of companies in a wide range of industries and provide appropriate advice.
3. Listening and solving
   If something doesn’t go according to plan, you take the time to really listen to our customers, understand their concerns and find a suitable solution. You prepare technical questions in such a way that they can be dealt with quickly and satisfactorily by our technicians.
4. Getting better and better
   You enjoy working with your team and other departments to review and improve our work processes so that we can offer our customers an even better service. Ideas, suggestions and an open ear for customer requests are an important part of this.
5. Everything in view
   You ensure that information from and for our customers is thoroughly recorded and processed. You record all information precisely so that we can offer our customers the best possible service.

Your Profile

As a provider of products with a high degree of flexibility and individuality, TUXEDO Computers focuses on these characteristics. Specialized training, certificates or degrees are an advantage for the daily tasks, but are not exclusion criteria. This means that career changers from other fields of activity are very welcome. In addition to professional skills, we naturally expect commitment to TUXEDO Computers and its customers. Ideally, you should therefore have:

1. Training or previous experience
   Ideally, you have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the commercial sector, completed a degree or have a comparable qualification.
2. Passion for service
   You have a passion for helping people and have already proven that customer service is right up your street.
3. Enthusiasm
   Our products and our customers are close to your heart. You look forward to interacting with and inspiring them.
4. Communication & language skills
   You know exactly how to choose your words and can express yourself clearly and comprehensibly – both orally and in writing. Your German is not just good, but excellent – both in conversations and in e-mails and letters. You are at least at language proficiency level B2. You have no problem writing technically demanding content in a compact and understandable way, even for non-experts.
5. Initiative & motivation to learn
   Problems are no obstacle for you. You find a solution for everything and are happy to lend a hand. You are always willing to learn new things and not only understand our processes, but also actively improve them.
