Job Description
- Regular contact with customers, providing updates on the progress of their new home build
- Manage all project tasks including accuracy of project documentation from deposit to site start
- Complete administrative requirements associated with our colour selection process with a high level of accuracy
- Assisting with lodging building approval applications with building certifiers as required
- Addressing and resolving any conditions or queries related to building approvals with relevant departments and/or certifiers/councils
- Lodgement of covenant approvals
- Complete any required administrative tasks to ensure the customers’ project progresses seamlessly
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of the residential building industry
- Ability to interpret and read construction plans
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-centric professional, with exceptional personal presentation
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines
- Disciplined self-starter and results-driven individual able to work autonomously with strong team collaboration skills.
