We are looking for a People Expert (m/f/d) for our team with varied strengths in Allendorf. As a part of a team of motivated HR enthusiasts, you will take ownership for HR-related topics, advise the employees and actively contribute to the internal transformation to a shared service organization.

The position is temporary for 12 months.

Your impact

  • Actively supporting and advising our employees and team leaders throughout the employee life cycle
  • Contract management and preparation of data as well as maintenance of personnel files, among many other projects
  • Independently taking on process and project work as well as maintaining and improving our existing processes and designing and implementing new processes
  • Contributing new content to our knowledge database
  • Daily interaction with the Viessmann employees

Who you are

You are dynamic and communicative. Others would describe you as particularly team-oriented and capable of development. Your initiative and hands-on mentality set you apart. Your extensive experience in the HR sector has awakened your passion for working with people. To be successful in this role, you should also bring the following:

  • Completed training or university degree with a focus on human resources
  • At least 3 years of experience in personnel support, development or personnel administration
  • High affinity for working with digital tools, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Open to change, passion for HR work in an innovative and dynamic environment
  • High social and advisory skills, strong emotional intelligence and ability to work in a team
  • Experience in a shared service organization is an advantage
  • Good application knowledge ideally in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
