Senior Site Manager - New Landmark Project

TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected construction company to recruit a Senior Site Manager . This role offers the chance to lead a unique 6-storey aged care project in Perth’s western suburbs, working with an established builder known for delivering exceptional commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily site operations, including trades and project teams.
2. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
3. Manage finances, procurement, and resource allocation.
4. Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
5. Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders.
6. Supervise subcontractors and maintain strong working relationships.
7. Resolve conflicts and ensure the seamless progression of the project.

Essential Criteria:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, delivering commercial projects over $60M.
2. Valid White Card (construction induction).
3. Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
4. Excellent management, organizational, and leadership skills.
5. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic.
6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Must be Perth-based with full work rights in Australia.
