Technical Sales Specialist (m/f/d – Full time)

Your Profile:
You are a goal-oriented, agile sales personality with a passion for actively selling technically sophisticated products. In addition, you are authentic, trustworthy, and outgoing. You can win people over and inspire them to try something new. At the same time, you enjoy taking on responsibility and have the ambition to make a difference and shape things.

In this role, you’ll:

1. Establish a KPI-driven sales organization and set up a professional CRM.
2. Analyze and expand existing customer potential.
3. Acquire new customers.
4. Identify potential markets and develop customized sales strategies.
5. Prepare and negotiate offers.
6. Collaborate in the preparation of specifications and requirements for product launches.
7. Execute market and competition analyses.
8. Conduct customer presentations/product training.
9. Prepare and participate in trade fairs.

It’s preferred if you have:

1. Bachelor/Master degree in technical/commercial studies (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or business informatics) or corresponding vocational training with a technical background.
2. Experience in the sale of technically sophisticated software products.
3. Negotiation skills and diplomatic competence.
4. Experience in Automotive or Defense is a plus.
5. Competence in business development.
6. Very good English skills.
7. High willingness to travel.
