Job Description:
Mission
As a key member in the integration and sales support team, you will assist the head of the department in defining the sales support strategy. You will manage a team of Sales contract administrators, prioritize sales requests, animate the sales process, and manage risks associated with sales to ensure customer needs are met while protecting IBA margins.

- Define pricing and costing tools and processes in collaboration with diverse teams
- Contribute to sales strategy and offer construction
- Inject feedback into internal processes and support sales and marketing teams
- Support the sales force in pre-sales activities
- Ensure quality and compliance of all sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely information
- Prepare tender responses ensuring quality and impact
- Manage quotation boards and sales decision processes
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions and responses
- Communicate with customers/prospects during tenders and presentations
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system
