Job Details

We will be looking for several new team members on our operational team in our Hamburg office. This is your opportunity to be one of the first to apply proactively. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with other offices around the world as well as vendors and governmental agencies to find optimal solutions for our customers‘ complex logistical needs.

Through personal communication with colleagues and suppliers, you will ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations. As we deal with just-in-time temperature-controlled airfreight, you will get the opportunity to sharpen your skills in reacting flexibly to deviations in shipments – it is our purpose of creating healthier futures that makes us want to excel at what we do.

Your Profile

1. Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics, or operations
2. Experience in logistics operations (airfreight experience preferred)
3. Effective oral and written communication, both in English and German
4. Ability to represent a positive and professional image
5. Skills to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines; exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution
7. Flexibility in working shifts, including some weekends and holidays
8. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
