BUSINESS UNIT
The Payment unit owns the end-to-end customer journey from technical consultative selling, over delivery up to smooth ongoing operations for customers of HRS payment solutions. This business unit is responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the value and capabilities of HRS payment solution offerings, addressing technical inquiries, and building trust with prospects as well as existing HRS payment customers.
POSITION
We are looking for a PAY Consultant (All genders) with a passion for delivering great results to ensure our further growth as well as the successful launch of our HRS PAY products.
CHALLENGE
- Provide consultative support to clients by understanding their unique payment challenges, offering expert advice on payment solutions, and guiding them in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design the payment solution, lead requirement engineering and define all requirements.
- Proactively support sales teams in identifying strategic targets for HRS PAY solutions.
- Identify areas for strategic expansion of HRS PAY and negotiate on strategic topics with external partners.
- Work closely with product development, marketing and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive approach to developing and promoting payment solutions.
- Be the first point of contact for corporate clients and external partners for all questions related to HRS PAY solutions and implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the company’s payment products, technologies and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to customize payment solutions according to client needs.
- Provide transparency and regularly communicate to leadership on the status of technical sales.
- Act as internal subject matter expert (SME) on HRS PAY and virtual payments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to offer strategic insights.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH…
- Min. 3 years in a product marketing role in a Fin Tech, Payment, SAAS or B2B company.
- Ability to develop effective positioning strategies to communicate value propositions.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and monitor marketing performance metrics.
- Fluent in English and German.
