Team Lead Project Management Office

Location: Berlin or Braunschweig

One of the largest clothing retailers in Europe is looking for a Head of PMO focused on large scale IT projects where you will lead a team of 8 people . They have over 1,000 stores across Europe & Asia, grossed +€4 billion last year and are looking to continue their success with you.

The position

• Lead a team of 8 members to drive operational success.
• Strategically manage and optimize the PMO in partnership with steering
• Oversee project and process management across IT and specialist departments.
• Implement project management methodologies , coach teams, and ensure quality standards.
• Manage and optimise requirements of company IT project portfolio , including selecting and implementing a new PMO tool .

Your experience

• Degree in business administration, (business) information technology or a comparable field of study
• Experience in establishing or leading a PMO is required
• Knowledge of IT-related topics and projects
• Business fluent in German and English
