Your mission

The role as a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer is part of the circuit design team at EXTOLL. The team is tasked with delivering high quality and best performing solutions for high-speed data interfaces. A commitment to on-time delivery and strong focus on design quality and customer orientation is the foundation of all we do.

Own analog/mixed-signal and digital/full-custom building blocks.
Complete design and implementation of analog/mixed-signal and full-custom circuits, including schematics, layout, testbenches, and simulation.
Work with the verification team in model creation.
Support the layout implementation.
Participate in the design review process.
Contribute and participate in the continuous improvement of an innovative and automated full-custom work-flow.
Work closely and cross-functionally across different groups to support a successful and on-time product release.

Your profile

As a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer, you have a B.S./M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related subject with emphasis on hardware design.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, including internships.
Familiarity with the Cadence design flow and full-custom EDA tools, particularly Virtuoso Schematic/Layout, ADE Assembler, and Spectre.
Script programming languages such as Python and TCL are a plus.
Experience in circuit design in the field of high-speed SerDes design or related functionalities (PLLs, Output Drivers, Analog Frontends).
Experience in mixed-signal designs incorporating digital control loops.
Experience in advanced process nodes is a plus (FDSOI, FinFET).
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
