Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial Analytics team in Germany. This is a fixed-term position for 1.5 to 2 years, full-time, based in Hamburg or Mannheim.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, coordinate, and enhance dashboards in PowerBI independently.
2. Serve as the main contact for PowerBI-related questions and training.
3. Analyze and prepare reporting requirements focusing on reports and dashboards in Power BI.
4. Support a smooth transition during system upgrades related to projects.
5. Model external data and integrate, analyze, and prepare data from CRM & SAP systems.
6. Collaborate closely with team members and cross-departmental teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Commercial Analytics, Data Analysis, or Controlling.
• Basic experience with Power BI, relational data models, ETL processes, and row-level security.
• Proficiency with tools like SAP, Access, MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and IT affinity.
• High personal integrity, proactive work style, service orientation, self-organization, and communication skills across hierarchy levels.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
