Your Role in Shaping the Future

• Take over responsibility for UXD colleagues technical and disciplinary as Team Lead
• Work on various projects across industries and skills to develop clear, valuable and astonishing solutions. You start to glow when taking over the lead and bring your projects to great results
• Actively contribute to the further development of our UX Design team
• Keep up to date with the latest developments, trends and thinking – in Design and beyond – and share your knowledge and thoughts with colleagues and clients alike to shape our team
• Lead clients and colleagues to ensure our Design solutions are designed and delivered with world-class quality
• Participate in projects from start to finish – setting direction, identifying and resolving issues
• Implement digital Design projects, from initial requirements to concept, interaction design and development
• Collaborate and work closely with an interdisciplinary team (PM, Digital, Service Design, Tech etc.) to deliver great results

Your Value-Add

• 7+ years of experience with a focus on digital design in an agile & digital environment
• English language skills (German additionally would be wonderful but is not mandatory)
• Ambassador of great design and great user interfaces – supporting our clients to take decisions
• Proven skills leading a team or colleagues in your previous job
• Desire to take over responsibility and bring your topics, projects and team to great results
• Love to share your know-how and ideas
• True communicator who works confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels
• An attitude of „I’m here to help“ and a fundamental belief that together we are better
