Your Role

Our Account Management team is central to Wolt — ensuring the success of our existing restaurant partners and Wolt in Germany. As Wolt grows, so does our need for a strong account management team.

As an Account Manager, you will manage our key SMB partners, increase platform usage, and drive growth. You will negotiate commercially, manage cross-departmental projects, close complex deals in a competitive market, analyze large datasets, and consultatively manage your portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your business expertise and analytical skills to increase the usage of Wolt products among your restaurant partners.
  • Lead complex negotiations, strengthen partnerships, and achieve financial goals.
  • Monitor your portfolio\’s performance, analyze data, and provide data-driven recommendations to partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings, present business reviews, and maintain a consultative approach in discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with partners.
  • Share your experience, knowledge, and support team growth.
  • Observe competitors and provide feedback to improve our products.

What We Expect from You

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-focused, commercial role (e.g., Account Management, Sales, or Marketing)
  • Strong business sense, consultative client management, industry understanding, opportunity recognition, and KPI development
  • Passion for numbers and data; experience with dashboards like Looker, Power BI, or SQL is a plus
  • Sales-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills (verbal & written), and ability to lead strategic discussions
  • Good time management and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Responsibility-taking and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Fluent in German and good command of English

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related industries
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Content creation or marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
