We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inside Sales Qualification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission to revolutionize dentistry by identifying and qualifying sales leads.
Primary responsibility:
The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Qualification Specialist (ISQS) is to qualify and prioritize sales leads through our multi-channel sales model and ensure handover of opportunities to the Inside Sales Representative. The ISQS collaborates closely with the extended 3Shape team, including Customer Success Managers, commercial HQ functions, Resellers, and members of the Onboarding and Customer Support teams. The ISQS is responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle, especially qualification and prioritization of leads.
Essential job duties:
- Lead qualification: Assess the fit of 3Shape solutions to customer goals and needs.
- Lead prioritization: Rank leads based on qualification findings and ensure high-priority leads are addressed promptly to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and resellers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Tracking and following up: Ensure leads handed over to resellers are followed up with and converted.
- Pipeline management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in CRM, ensuring all relevant notes and activities are up to date.
Required education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of lead qualification experience or B2B sales, ideally in dental equipment, healthcare, or technology fields.
- Dental industry experience in a sales function, preferably within an inside lead/sales team environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated relationship and rapport-building with customers and colleagues.
- Strong competency with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred education and experience:
- Previous experience in the dental industry (ideally IOS and/or CAD/CAM) is considered a strong advantage.
- Understanding of direct and indirect channel distribution models.
- Clinical experience in a dental office or lab.
- Experience in or with global organizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
