(Junior) CRM Marketing Manager DACH

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then, we have grown to operate in 180 countries with a strong presence in Germany and the US. Currently, we are a team of over 500 employees based in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

At AMBOSS, we support medical students and professionals at every stage of their journey. In Germany, we aim to guide students through challenges of medical school, from pre-clinical studies to clinical training, helping them succeed in exams like the Physikum and the Staatsexamen. To strengthen our efforts, we’re looking for a Junior CRM Marketing Manager focused on the medical student audience in Germany. This role is key in shaping personalized engagement with students—helping them navigate their studies, discover the full value of AMBOSS, and feel supported every step of the way.

You will:

• Implement and optimize multichannel campaigns and automations via Braze, our CRM system.
• Support the execution of AMBOSS\‘ promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with different teams to develop and implement campaigns.
• Support delivery of CRM activities in key markets, including optimization, reporting, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying new CRM channels, such as Push notifications.
• Utilize data and customer insights to improve campaign engagement and channel ROI.

You bring:

• Experience in multichannel CRM environments (mobile, email, web).
• A growth mindset to create impactful campaigns and increase market share.
• Interest in exploring new technologies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Hubspot) and data visualization tools like Looker.
• Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage deadlines, and maintain project structure.
