We are looking for a Customer Excellence Specialist in Düsseldorf for Packaging Materials Supply Chain Customer Fulfilment. You will be the first contact point for PM Customers, delivering order fulfilment and knowledge services. Your role involves maintaining strong customer relationships and managing orders from inquiry to delivery to meet customer expectations. Your work will be supported by modern technology, including Salesforce, for managing customer contacts, communication, and workflow routing. We offer a permanent position.

About the position

You will leverage your extensive expertise in customer service, order fulfilment, and service concepts to create loyal customers and differentiate us from competitors. Your knowledge in creating customer value and driving digitalization will be used to enhance our service competitiveness. Additionally, you can develop your expertise in service channels as a Salesforce Champion, a special team assignment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a dedicated customer base in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  2. Handling customer contacts through various channels and building relationships
  3. Managing customer inquiries and orders
  4. Monitoring customer credit limits and controlling stocks
  5. Providing up-to-date information to customers regarding order supply status
  6. Advising customers on basic sustainability and product-related questions
  7. Expanding the customer base and increasing utilization of eFlow online for onboarded customers

You will be part of an international team of Customer Excellence Specialists with global contacts. The role involves working with a dedicated customer base linked to specific markets or businesses. We support your professional growth through training, promotions, state-of-the-art tools, and development projects. The position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in the Düsseldorf office per week.

About you

You are fluent in French and English, passionate about excellent customer service, and committed to best practices. You possess self-discipline, motivation, and personal ownership of your performance. Maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and cooperation under pressure is essential. You are a team player, effective in communication, and willing to share and receive information. To succeed, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Fulfilment within a multinational environment, preferably with experience in digital service channels.
