Responsibilities:

• Support of our team in Shanghai in the support of our customers with a focus on the automotive sector.
• The work is carried out in technical service as an engineer for our complex laser beam sources that require explanation, with the devices located in China.
• Supporting our customers through hotline assistance, fault diagnosis via teleservice and service activities on site at the customer\’s premises (commissioning, training, maintenance, troubleshooting).
• Regular travel and deployment in China.
• Communication with customers in Chinese.

Your Profile:

• Successfully and quickly completed technical university studies with good to very good results in the field of mechanical engineering, optics and laser technology, electrical engineering or similar.
• Business fluent in Chinese and business fluent in German and/or English (written and spoken).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the German mentality due to a longer stay in Germany.
• Sensitivity in dealing with customers and high customer orientation.
• High willingness to travel.
