System Engineer

The role:

• Analysis of customer requirements and creation of system specifications
• Coordination of the system specifications with all development stakeholders (hardware, software, system and mechanics)
• Support in creating the technical and functional system architecture
• Definition of the system functions according to customer requirements and considering the concerns of functionality, quality, reliability/service life, functional safety ISO26262
• Analysis of errors and changes as well as activities within the Change Control Board
• Carrying out methodical system analyzes (FMEA, FTA)
• System analysis and suggestions for optimizing an entire electric drive
• Support for system integration, commissioning, acceptance tests and error analysis

Qualifications:

• Engineer FH/HTL or higher
• Several years of professional experience, if possible in the automotive sector
• Experience in system engineering and requirement management
• Experience in product development, ideally in mechatronic systems, is desirable
• Knowledge of development processes according to Automotive SPICE and functional safety
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
