Project Manager High-Voltage

Our client is a leader in the construction and maintenance of electrical and water networks. The High-Voltage Division is currently engaged in significant projects for the installation of HV underground cables in diverse and challenging environments, from high-density urban areas to offshore connections.

With 60 years of experience in electrical transmission and the maintenance of electrical and water networks, this company has become the trusted partner for leading national players such as Terna, ENEL, Prysmian, and ACEA, as well as international clients like ENGIE, METKA, and MICROSOFT. With more than 1,100 employees, they are now a reference company for major network construction and maintenance projects, encompassing high-voltage power lines, as well as medium- and low-voltage networks, water networks, fiber optics, civil works, and related electrical installations. For this continually growing division, we are seeking a Project Manager whose main responsibilities will include:

• Developing a detailed project plan (resources, budget, timelines)
• Coordinating and managing the staff responsible for executing the work
• Maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
• Planning, implementing, and independently managing assigned projects
• Monitoring work progress to ensure compliance with agreed plans
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, indicators, tools, and techniques
• Monitoring the expense budget, including cost-revenue budgets, execution times, on-site safety, and business plans
• Assessing risks and proposing solutions for any issues and criticalities encountered.

Requirements

• Degree as an Electrical Engineering Technician/Surveyor or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach
• Proficiency in German and English
• Experience as Project Manager in the business domain
