Introduction

Join our team as a leader in the After Sales Service department, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your Tasks

• Team leadership in the After Sales Service area
• Supervision of daily operations
• Integration of the ET and Service departments – focusing on expertise and results
• Design and improvement of proactive service concepts, processes & workflows, particularly for expanding international service business
• Analysis and optimization of relevant key performance indicators for After Sales Service, including their definition and implementation
• Creation of customer-specific service concepts (including maintenance contracts)
• Identification, evaluation, and coordination of service partners/external service providers
• Staff planning within the department (including in-house workshops and field service assignments)
• Complaint management
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Technical and/or business education, preferably with solid technical skills/competencies and relevant professional experience
• Leadership personality with a hands-on mentality and social competence
• Customer-oriented, analytical thinking
• High communication skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• High service and quality awareness
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written
