Your Tasks
- Team leadership in the After Sales Service area
- Supervision of daily operations
- Integration of the ET and Service departments – focusing on expertise and results
- Design and improvement of proactive service concepts, processes & workflows, particularly for expanding international service business
- Analysis and optimization of relevant key performance indicators for After Sales Service, including their definition and implementation
- Creation of customer-specific service concepts (including maintenance contracts)
- Identification, evaluation, and coordination of service partners/external service providers
- Staff planning within the department (including in-house workshops and field service assignments)
- Complaint management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Technical and/or business education, preferably with solid technical skills/competencies and relevant professional experience
- Leadership personality with a hands-on mentality and social competence
- Customer-oriented, analytical thinking
- High communication skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- High service and quality awareness
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written
