ProCredit Bank in Germany is part of the ProCredit group, which is the main bank for small and medium-sized enterprises and private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.
In Germany, we focus on SMEs with business relations to these markets. We also provide long-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe in cooperation with the local teams of the respective ProCredit banks. As the group’s correspondent bank, we manage Group Treasury, foreign payments and trade finance. With our activities, we aim to make an active contribution to ecologically and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

Business Client Adviser
Your tasks as a Business Client Adviser:
- Take responsibility for good cooperation with our German and international business clients.
- Advise and support individually assigned business clients in a demand and transaction-oriented manner, particularly with cross-border, international business in the following areas:
- Commercial financing
- Public funding programmes
- Trade finance
- Account products and services, including domestic and foreign payment transactions and electronic banking
- Deposits
- Work actively with our other group banks in the context of cross-border business, and develop approaches for expanding joint lending.
- Acquire new business clients in Germany and abroad.
- Establish a network of internal and external contacts.
- Remain flexible in terms of content, time and location, and enjoy international business.
Your profile:
- University degree (e.g. economics, information technology or comparable degree) or comparable/appropriate training.
- First relevant experience in project work at a consulting firm, in a bank or in the area of digitalisation.
- Basic understanding of banking applications, preferably core banking systems and payment systems.
- Ambition in mastering conceptually demanding tasks.
- Willingness to undertake work-related travel.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
