Capex Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead our CapEx sourcing efforts within the EMEA region. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to minimize CapEx costs while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for major CapEx projects, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive value and innovation.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and leverage opportunities for supply chain optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement for complex CapEx projects.
• Proven track record in leading sourcing teams and managing global suppliers.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Experience with e-sourcing tools and procurement systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, additional language skills (e.g., German, French) are beneficial.
