Test Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Test Engineer (m/f/d) at our Dresden location with immediate effect. As a Test Engineer at Renesas, you will be responsible for IC Sensor applications. You will develop state-of-the-art test solutions according to our test strategy. You work closely with test developers to enable the transfer to mass production.

Your tasks:

1. Implementation of ATE test solutions (hardware) for wafer test and final test.
2. Development of load boards and test hardware with deep understanding of schematic design and layout knowledge.
3. Participation in interdisciplinary development teams, execution of hardware design reviews within development projects.
4. Test development and ensuring a modular test program approach.

Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed studies in the fields of physics, information technology or electrical engineering; Bachelor as minimum.
2. Previous professional experience is an advantage, but not essential.
3. Knowledge of the verification and characterization of mixed-signal circuits and the use of automatic test and measurement equipment (Advantest V93 desirable).
4. Experience in using PCB design software (Cadence Allegro or Altium).
5. Skills in creating and verifying complex software in C/C++.
6. Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
7. Interested in the semiconductor industry and related products.
8. Cooperation skills and communication skills complete your profile.
