Job Description

We are looking for a culture transformation specialist with strong strategic and conceptual sense coupled with hands-on change management and activation experience. In this role, you will support organizations across sectors and industries to transform in a human-centric way. You will design great transition plans and be adaptive along the way, targeting the intended impact. You are known as a great, engaging change facilitator.

Bring your deep expertise in client-facing culture transformation projects:

  • Conceptualize culture transformation project flows in connection with cultural change, M&A/due diligence, strategy activation, or other major organizational change projects.
  • Co-design and lead projects with clients based on their transformation needs.
  • Lead or co-lead the project plan, budget, and timeline.
  • Steer and navigate the projects strategically according to the project plan and in collaboration with the LEAD Forward project team members and client core stakeholders.
  • Deliver client sessions and workshops, both as strategic and training formats.
  • Measure impact and effectiveness using design-driven data.
  • Nurture close client relations over time for long-term collaboration and impact.
  • Contribute to driving our playful, sharp, and open-hearted identity.
  • Participate in mandates groups to decide staffing, recruitment, business development, and more.
  • Acquire new client projects and retain client relationships ensuring a good balance of sectors.
  • Create meaningful engagements with external stakeholders within a growing ecosystem of collaborators.

Qualifications

Background & Capabilities – What you bring with you:

  • Substantial practical culture transformation experience in consulting or in a consulting line function in a large organizational context.
  • Experience in more than one sector is an advantage.
  • Track record in managing and co-leading projects.
  • Strong level of business acumen.
  • A demonstrated interest in socio-political or high-impact topics, especially in relation to leadership, change management, or entrepreneurship.
  • Expertise in leading and facilitating groups in a formal managing position, project context, and as a facilitator of workshops.
  • Exceptional change communication/storytelling skills and presentation excellence.
  • Very good understanding of both German and global business dynamics.
  • Fluent in German and English.
