WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• As Teamlead (all genders) you will lead our Compliance & Integrity team and be responsible for our Group-wide Compliance Management System and coordination with our shareholder on all issues relating to Compliance & Integrity.

• You are responsible for reporting to our management & our shareholder.

• You are the owner of our compliance guidelines and are responsible for Group-wide guideline management and the associated processes and measures and implement these across the Group.

• You are our contact person for the Compliance & Integrity department for audits and carry out internal audits yourself.

• You design the integration of newly established companies into our CMS.

• You will be responsible for advising and supporting our business units, specialist departments, employees and managers on compliance and integrity-related topics and issues.

• You actively work on compliance-relevant KPIs and their optimization.

• You coordinate the further development of the Compliance & Integrity training concept, create training content together with your team and coordinate the implementation of the training.

• You will develop content for internal compliance communication and roll it out in collaboration with the Marketing & Communication department.

• You are the contact person for our compliance coordinators and compliance officers in the foreign companies and manage them.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have an above-average degree in law or business administration and have five or more years of practical experience in the field of compliance.

• You enjoy sharing your technical knowledge with your team, empowering them and solving problems. Ideally, you have some management experience.

• You have an independent, goal- and results-oriented way of working and you enjoy teamwork and project work.

• You are characterized by your consulting skills. With your confident demeanor and strong communication skills, you can convince even difficult stakeholders.

• You have an affinity for digital topics.

• You have good knowledge of MS Office 365, preferably Sharepoint and PowerBI.

• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
