Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

LOCATION – FRANKFURT, GERMANY

THE DETAILS:

THE ROLE:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and assurance within construction projects.
• Implement and maintain effective Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Demonstrate expertise in Data Centre projects or showcase high-level quality management experience in related fields such as manufacturing, oil & gas, or pharmaceuticals.
• Manage quality aspects both from a Main Contractor and client-side perspective.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Provide leadership and guidance in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural), MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Commissioning handover processes.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to drive continuous improvement in construction quality.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Strong construction background required, emphasizing QA expertise.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management or QA/QC in the construction industry.
• Relevant certifications in quality management, such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor etc.
• Previous experience with Data Centre projects is preferred, or significant experience in high-level quality management in manufacturing, oil & gas, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience in Main Contractor or client-side roles.
• Expertise in CSA, MEP, and Commissioning handover processes within the construction sector; proficiency in German is beneficial.
