Your tasks in the new job

• Independent project management
• Damage inspection and recording
• Preparation of rehabilitation concepts
• Offer calculation / preliminary and final costing
• Quality control and complaint handling
• Coordination and scheduling of our refurbishment specialists and partner contractors
• Contact person for experts, adjusters, insurance companies and policyholders

Your profile

• Completed vocational training with a craft and/or technical focus, preferably in construction/construction-related trades
• Practical experience in construction management, preferably in the field of claims management
• Basic knowledge of construction costing
• Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to serve
• Confident appearance and linguistic fluency
• High customer orientation
