What we achieve together
- Take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes (focus on indirect purchasing) within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle as well as the IT landscape to support our divisional goals and set new standards!
- Lead exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement department, including change management to successfully implement new processes and systems
- As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW) you will work on the optimization and transformation of the Purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4 HANA world
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential to take our operations to the next level and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions
- Develop and implement best practices in procurement that strengthen our competitiveness
- Design, train and support our Procurement and P2P teams on new processes and tools to maximize their success
- Create impactful reports and presentations to track progress and measure results, making our successes visible
What makes us successful together
- Degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
- Several years of experience in purchasing, P2P and supply chain management
- Sound experience with purchasing software and tools
- Proven experience in project management, including change management and process optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for collaboration
- Business fluent in German and English
