The service and solution department
As clients‘ expectations evolve, Daikin EMEA aims to provide a premium service experience. We are looking for a Business Development Officer to help shape and develop Daikin’s Services business. This role will involve collaboration with international stakeholders across EMEA.
In this role, you will act as an intermediary between our local sales organizations and headquarters in Belgium, ensuring the delivery of proactive, professional, and efficient services. You will support local sales organizations in driving growth by developing go-to-market strategies.

- Define KPIs and objectives to ensure profitability of the service business.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Sales on product launches.
- Prepare materials to promote new offerings to stakeholders.
- Train local organizations on Proactive HVAC services.
- Support the development of annual budgets and action plans.
- Implement sales & reporting tools and process improvements.
- Monitor sales results and define countermeasures as needed.
- Communicate EMEA sales progress through meetings and updates.
- Work with Product Development and Sales to manage the service lifecycle.
- Follow up on projects and collaborate with various departments.
- Build strong relationships with local sales organizations.
This is you?
- University/college degree with a technical orientation.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business development or product management in a B2B environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Customer and strategic mindset.
- Result-driven with a structured approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Willingness to learn about HVAC services business.
- Enjoy working independently while staying connected with your team.
- Located in Brussels and flexible to travel (up to 10-15%).
