Design Engineer Boiler (m/f/d)

• Location: Ratingen, Germany (Headquarters)

Your Tasks

• Constructive realisation of the boiler in CAD 3D, taking into account the design specifications
• Creation and checking of specialised engineering documents such as lists, data sheets, overview and production drawings and documentation, etc.
• Support for technical quotation and order processing
• Carrying out mass and load calculations
• Supporting the creation of technical specifications
• Preparation of bid comparisons in cooperation with the purchasing department and organisation of contract award discussions
• Supporting the processing of works, e.g. supporting the construction site, processing remaining points lists and defect notifications, participating in acceptance procedures, supporting claim negotiations, checking supplier documents, etc.

Your Profile

• Completed studies or technical college in the field of mechanical engineering
• Initial experience in handling boiler construction or comparable tasks
• MS-Office application
• Autodesk Inventor, ACC, Plant 3D
• Diligence, willingness to perform and learn
• Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence
• Structured way of working
• Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Good German and English language skills
