Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention via digital marketing platforms, social media, and CRM channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to instrument conversion points, optimize user funnels, and improve user experience across multiple channels and digital touch points of LG electronics.
- Understand the importance of data strategy and Mar-tech stack around it to prepare for the post-cookieless era.
- Understand the e-commerce ecosystem from a functional and business perspective and support business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders to discuss strategic direction ensuring overall brand goals.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and Mar-tech, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation to ensure LG’s continuous transformation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., GMP, Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, such as DV360 and Trade Desk).
- Proficient in marketing analytics (e.g., GA4).
- Understanding of Mar-tech solution in CRM / CDP and its architecture is a plus.
- Experience in Data-driven Omni-channel marketing activation.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and agencies simultaneously.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, presentations, and data analysis.
- Interpersonal skills for coordinating across various stakeholders.
- Passion for learning new technologies and not afraid to apply it to make best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
