About the Role

What you will do

1. As our first full-time designer, your key task will be figuring out a solution to architects\‘ problems and enabling engineers to ship a great product.
2. Conduct daily customer interviews and sessions to understand the problem better that we want to solve.
3. Mockup solutions in a fast iterative way and discuss them with customers, engineers, and our founder.
4. Work closely with the engineers to help them deliver a solid solution in a limited amount of time.
5. Be proactive and assist with webpage improvements, product announcements, ads, or design tasks that arise.
6. Strong communicator. You will conduct many customer calls and extract relevant information as quickly as possible. Strong German skills are a must-have.
7. Hands-on and creative. You should be able to come up with and visualize concepts in hours, not days, so we can iterate fast.
8. No strong opinion. As an industry outsider, we need to listen carefully to our customers and learn from them.
9. Positive collaborator. You should enjoy spending a lot of time with our founder and the engineers to brainstorm and solve problems.
