CAD Designer Plant Construction

For our location in Zwingenberg at the Bergstraße (Darmstadt/Mannheim region) we are looking for a CAD Designer Plant Construction (m/f/d) .

Your area of responsibility :

• Creating 3D models and developing constructive solutions in our planning and plant construction projects, as well as isometric representations of piping systems
• Modeling and integration of 3D BIM objects
• Creating location and installation plans, construction drawings in all project phases in 2D including views, sections and details. Design, approval and execution drawings (work plans)
• Creation of technical documents, for example parts lists, Bill of martial and descriptions
• Coordination with other technical disciplines and communication with all project participants, planning and drawing reviews
• Support in the standardization of our CAD database

Your profile :

• Completed technical studies, training as a technical draftsman, construction draftsman or comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in the specified field of responsibility is desirable
• Very good handling of 2D/3D CAD software, knowledge of AutoDesk AutoCAD 3D and Bentley MicroStation Connect
• Confident handling of common MS Office products e.g. MS Word, MS Excel etc.
• Efficiency and flexibility as well as independent and structured working methods
• High technical competence, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Ability to communicate in German and English (due to client requirements and nature of work)
