Areas of Responsibility:

• Assisting customers in planning and implementing systems
• Providing telephone and on-site support during commissioning
• Guiding service partners on-site
• Handling technical inquiries from customers
• Creating detailed and useful documentation
• Leading training sessions

Qualifications:

• You are a qualified technician or have a similar background.
• You have experience with photovoltaic systems and low-voltage electrical installations.
• Using a laptop and smartphone feels as natural as using a screwdriver.
• You can explain complex technical issues in both German and English.
• Enjoy travel, primarily within Germany and nearby regions.
• You work independently and appreciate being outdoors.
• Have an outgoing personality and enjoy engaging with customers and the service team.
• Creating thorough documentation is second nature to you.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential.
