What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Analyst who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- CTRM User Support : Provide comprehensive in-house support for CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) systems to users across the globe in their daily tasks, including accounting, treasury, invoicing, pricing, and P&L. Ensure timely escalation of complex issues to the development team and actively follow up to deliver exceptional service. Ownership of each support case is essential.
- Enhancement Requests : Work closely with users to understand and critically evaluate enhancement requests for the CTRM system. Collaborate with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of feasible solutions.
- Training : Conduct training sessions for new employees and existing users on CTRM systems and other in-house applications as needed.
- System Operations : Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of business applications, including monitoring jobs, managing interfaces, and coordinating with DBA, network, infrastructure, and development teams to resolve server-related issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Industry Experience : At least 4 years of hands-on experience in IT software applications within the commodities trading sector, with a focus on business applications, change management, and day-to-day operations and support.
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
- Communication Skills : Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency : Solid analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Oracle databases, and basic programming. Strong understanding of user needs and business processes is essential.
- Microsoft Expertise : Good working knowledge of Microsoft products.
