Logistics administration coordinator (80-100%)
Job Description
This position supports the export and import administration process of The Swatch Group Export (SGX) in compliance with all customs and VAT regulations. This position covers the check of all freight forwarder invoices and the support of countries in regards to their import process. Logistics controlling tasks form also part of this position (e.g. lead time analysis of providers, benchmarking of providers).
Profile
Scope of the function:

• Validate freight invoices
• Follow-up of export flow in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
• Coordinate all stock returns between subsidiaries and brands
• Ensure all imports are done correctly (incl. invoices and bordereau)
• Ensure all export/import proofs are regularly archived in a structured way. Responsible for claims process, including training for countries and follow-up of open claims
• Liaising with freight forwarders and carriers

Professional Requirements
Experience and specialized knowledge

• Knowledge of Logistics within a international company
• Import-Export procedures
• Knowledge of HS codes classification and preferential origin rules as advantage
• SAP ad GTS experience as advantage
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Languages

• Good communication skills in English and French. German is a plus
