About the Position

We are looking for a Customer Happiness Agent (f/m/d) on a work-study basis to join our team. In this role, you and your colleagues will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring that all customers are happy. Your working hours will be spread over 5 working days (Monday to Saturday), and you can choose the times that work best for you. You can work completely remotely from anywhere in Germany or use our office at Alexanderplatz.

Tasks

• You process our customers‘ inquiries.
• You are co-responsible for updating the FAQs.
• You contribute ideas to optimize our customer service processes and implement them.
• In addition to your main responsibilities in customer service, we offer you the opportunity to support the marketing team if needed.

Requirements

• You are available 5 days per week (4 weekdays + Saturday) for 2 hours each day.
• You are fluent in English and additionally fluent in French or Italian.
• You enjoy working in a team and are independent, structured, and responsible.
• You have excellent spelling, are very customer-oriented, and always friendly.
