Responsibilities:

• Being in charge of the performance of voyages in close contact with ship, agents, and charterers.
• Create instructions for the vessels.
• Nominating agencies.
• Creating invoices for single voyages.
• Laytime calculation and claims handling.
• Optimisation of travel planning.
• Communication with the vessels.

Your profile:

• Shipping merchant education or another comparable qualification.
• First work experience desirable.
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Knowledge of geography and a good understanding of numbers.
• Reliability, flexibility, team player, and own initiative.
