Your role with us:

As our first Marketing Manager , you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up . You’ll establish our marketing ecosystem, grow our brand and work closely with our founders. Your role will cover everything needed to position traide AI as a leading name in the industry – from content creation to events and performance marketing.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement our marketing strategy in close collaboration with the founding team
• Manage and expand our partner network and organize events (e.g., trade fairs, webinars)
• Create and manage content for social media (especially LinkedIn), our website and newsletters
• Optimize our website for SEO and collaborate with the design team on landing pages
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Develop whitepapers , case studies and other marketing materials
• Establish reporting and tracking systems to measure marketing success
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and funnel optimization

Qualifikation

• 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company or a similar field
• A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership – you thrive on building processes from scratch
• Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, performance campaigns and content creation
• Fluent in both German and English – excellent communication skills in both languages are required
• Creativity and analytical thinking – you can design campaigns and measure their success
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
