Senior Procurement Experte (m/w/d)

Ihr Profil:

• Successfully completed studies in IT or business administration
• Several years of relevant professional experience combined with very good knowledge and overview of the relevant procurement markets
• Experience in IT procurement, especially in strategic procurement of complex, critical infrastructure or comparable commodity groups
• Experience in negotiating complex, high cost, high risk framework agreements
• Proven ability to effectively understand & mitigate commercial risks
• Very good communication skills in English and ideally German, both verbal and written
• Goal-oriented, focused approach to work, willingness to perform and strong methodological and analytical skills
• Operational experience in the use of SAP-MM module as well as in the use of strategic sourcing tools as well as the confident use of MS-Office

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Supporting our various IT departments in the development of procurement strategies including monitoring market changes and challenges and working with key internal and external stakeholders
• Developing and negotiating group-wide (framework) contracts together with the relevant stakeholders in IT and other supporting business functions
• Responsibility for the execution of complex strategic sourcing processes including the coordination of necessary activities in the different functional areas
• Ability to evaluate RFQ responses based on holistic cost-benefit analysis to ensure the selection of the most appropriate suppliers.
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations with the support of the internal legal team as well as various functional stakeholders
• Strategic supplier management of existing suppliers on the basis of existing contracts with the aim of continuously improving operational collaboration
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal purchasing processes focusing on efficiencies
