You will be able to work from home full time, however there is a strong preference for candidates located in or near Berlin, Hamburg or Nuremberg.
The new Workday HCM Analyst will play a key role in the further development of Workday within the organisation, supporting users across various countries and on different HCM modules and areas. They are live with Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Absence and Time Tracking, going live with Core and Advanced Compensation later this year.
We welcome applications from Workday HCM Analysts at different levels of experience, who can bring the following skills:
- Strong Workday knowledge and hands-on configuration skills in at least one module, which will need to be either Absence or Advanced Compensation
- Previous experience in a similar role, supporting Workday users and optimisation projects, ideally within an international organisation
- Some knowledge of Workday Reporting, with the ability to build Advanced Reports being a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication skills: business language is English, but knowledge of any other European languages will be a plus
- Eligibility to live and work in Germany without Visa restrictions
This is a great opportunity to join a skilled and enthusiastic Workday team and play a key role in the successful adoption of the system by an international user base.
